It is an explanation of the Qur’an based on the Qur’an and the Noble Sunnah, in which the author, the scholar Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhayli, collected all the interpretations and chose the consistent ones. He explained the vocabulary, expressed what was necessary, explained the balaghah in the verses, explained the legal rulings, the intent of the verses and surahs, the reasons for the revelation, the mutawatir qira'aat of the verses, and deduced a legal framework for life.
